How To Order

This is simple and secure! Follow the directions on the catalogue pages, adding items to your "wish list". By "confirming", your order will automatically be received by our e-mail. You will be asked for a phone number and a suitable time for an assistant to call to take your card details for payment over the telephone and to assist with any other requests.
If you prefer, you can call or fax us directly, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm . Messages are constantly checked throughout the day and you will receive a reply.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo and Switch. Cheques should be made payable to "Totally Gorgeous".

Delivery:

We will do our utmost to despatch as quickly as possible (subject to availability) but please allow 14 days for delivery especially during busy phases.

Availability:

The majority of items should always be in stock. However, in order to keep your purchases exclusive some items may only be stocked in small quantities. We understand that this could in some instances be disappointing but we believe exclusivity is important to you.
Tip - Don't delay, if you see it - order it!
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that colour reproduction is as accurate as possible, slight variations may occur as a result of the print and photography process.
