By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.

Returns Policy

For items purchased online you are entitled to return an ordered item within 10 days following the date of delivery and receive a full refund.  Exchanges are possible only if the item is available. Please note that Totally Gorgeous cannot refund postage and packaging charges, nor will we refund any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU.

Gift Returns

If you have received an unwanted gift from Totally Gorgeous, you can exchange it for any item of the same value or more provided you pay any cost difference and the additional postage.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection.  We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees, nor for any items lost or stolen in transit.

Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at the manager’s discretion. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Once an item has been received back at our office a refund will be processed.  Refunds will not be processed until the unwanted goods have been received.

Description of Products

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct when the information is entered onto the system. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, but the information, including product descriptions may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.  Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that colour reproduction is as accurate as possible, slight variations may occur as a result of the print and photography process.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

The majority of items should always be in stock. However, in order to keep your purchases exclusive, some items may only be stocked in small quantities. We understand that this could in some instances be disappointing but we believe exclusivity is important to you. All products displayed on this website are available only while stocks last, at which point the words Sold out will appear in the product information. If an item you’re interested in buying is out of stock, please send an email to info@totallygorgeous.co.uk. We will check if the item can be re-ordered and, if so, how long it will take.

Personal data is information that identifies you, e.g. your name, your address, e-mail or postal addresses. Totally Gorgeous only collects information when you volunteer it when registering your details for online payment, mailing list etc.
